APARTMENT IN A BEAUTIFUL HISTORICAL PALACE

The apartment is located in an absolutely central position in the City of Ferrara, a few hundred meters from the Estense Castle, in front of the Teatro Comunale. An internal garden separates the apartment from the Piazzetta S. Anna opposite. About 100 m from the apartment, in Via Previati, there is a closed garage, directly accessible by a pedestrian path, where there is a parking space reserved for the apartment. THE PORCH AND THE INTERNAL GARDEN The most significant element of the apartment’s surroundings is represented by the ancient portico.

The internal portico completely surrounds the communal garden which is enriched by centuries-old magnolia trees and other rare essences. The apartment is on the first floor, directly on a section of the portico, and is covered by a wooden roof with trusses. Planimetrically, on one side there is the garden, on the other it is free, and therefore the apartment is totally isolated. THE ACCESSES From the portico there is access to the stairs, consisting of a spiral ramp, designed and built in the years 1965-37 by the aforementioned Eng. Carlo Savonuzzi. The roof of the entire living room is made with wooden trabeations (trusses), totally renovated but configured according to the original structure of the 15th century. The bathroom is equipped with the usual appliances and a glass shower cabin. The main bedroom has a double bed, and a wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors. The small bedroom has 2 single beds. It is equipped with a complete set of appliances (electric hob, extractor hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, high-speed modem, television with internet connection, DVD player, computer with printer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, emergency electric heaters, safe).

It is equipped with all the various kitchen accessories (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, various accessories). No. 2 folding accessory beds are available. The heating and hot water distribution are centralized, with heat distributed via district heating. The distribution of the heat consumed at condominium level is done via local electronic meters. The heating elements (fan coils) also provide for the distribution of cold for summer air conditioning.
